Return Period
We offer a 30-day return period for VHF Shark devices. The return period begins on the day you receive your order. Returns initiated after the 30-day period will not be accepted.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
In the original packaging
Unused and in the same condition you received it
Include all accessories and documentation
Have the original receipt or proof of purchase
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns. This fee covers the cost of inspection, repackaging, and restocking the item. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
Contact our support team with your order number
Receive a Return Authorization (RA) number
Package the item securely with all original components
Ship the item to the provided return address
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
